At Key Society, we offer digital products and personalized concierge services. Please review this policy carefully before making a purchase.

Digital Products (Guides & Lookbooks)
All guides, lookbooks, and digital products are delivered as downloadable PDF files.
Due to the digital nature of these products and immediate access upon purchase, all sales are final and non-refundable.
Once a digital product has been accessed or downloaded, we cannot offer refunds, exchanges, or cancellations.

Concierge Services
Concierge services are personalized and time-based. As preparation begins upon booking, the following applies:
• No refunds once a service has started or been delivered
• Cancellations must be requested at least 48 hours before the scheduled start time to be considered for a partial refund or service credit, at our discretion
• Missed appointments or failure to provide required information may result in forfeiture of the service without refund

Exceptional Circumstances
In rare cases where a service cannot be fulfilled due to an issue on our end, a refund or credit may be issued at our sole discretion.
